Amenity Day Spa in Ashburn, VA is looking for a talented and passionate Esthetician to join our team! If you love helping clients look and feel their best in a relaxing, upscale spa environment, this is the opportunity for you. Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of skin care treatments including facials, chemical peels, waxing, and body treatments
- Conduct thorough skin consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate services and products
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming treatment room in accordance with state regulations
- Build and retain a loyal client base through outstanding customer service and follow-up care
- Recommend and retail professional skincare products to support clients' at-home routines
- Collaborate with spa team members to ensure a seamless and luxurious guest experience
- Stay current on skincare trends, techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing education
Requirements:
- Valid Virginia Esthetician license required
- Previous experience in a spa, salon, or skincare setting preferred
- Proficiency in facial treatments, waxing, and other core esthetics services
- Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and professional skincare products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Professional, polished appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury spa environment

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
